Weekend Wellness Adventure Day November 08, 2008 Time: 10:00PM - 5:00PM Potomac Pathways Darnestown, MD Another amazing day of high-ropes course fun with Upward Enterprises, just south of Frederick on the banks of the Monocacy River. This is extreme good fun, that helps kids in recovery test their limits-- in a healthy way! One of our best events! Lunch provided! Spirituality Group November 17, 2008 Time: 7:00AM - 8:30AM Potomac Pathways Darnestown, MD The first of many to come. We will meet up with Ani Miranda at the KPC Tibetan Buddhist Temple in Poolesville, just down the road from Potomac Pathways. Ani Miranda will give an introduction to Tibetan Buddhist spiritual culture. Meet at Potomac Pathways.
