Snow in the Forecast February 05 - 07, 2010 Potomac Pathways Darnestown, MD A big snowstorm is forecast for Friday night and Saturday. Because of that (and the Super Bowl on Saturday) we are not scheduling anything for this weekend. However, we'll keep the lines of communication open. If the weather turns out to be not too bad (unlikely), we can still go to a meeting. Looks like a weekend at home. Weekend Wellness Afternoon-- Cool Stuff! WILL TAKE PLACE AS SCHEDULED! February 13, 2010 Time: 1:00PM - 5:00PM Potomac Pathways Darnestown, MD OK, this is going to be a great afternoon. We're going to actually stay at Potomac Pathways for this afternoon. We start with a drum circle, then a scavenger hunt-- which is going to be awesome--, then a ceremonial fire highlighting our recovery intentions, then it's time for hot chocolate in the cabin (our cool little cabin behind the house). 12-step meeting February 21, 2010 Time: 6:30PM - 9:30PM Meet at Potomac Pathways (or at the meeting) Darnestown, MD Join us for the Sunday night AA meeting at the Round House Theatre in Bethesda, MD. It's a pretty amazing meeting-- the theatre is packed with pretty cool people. It's a very non-grungy and positive atmosphere. It's a speaker's meeting, and they generally have interesting speakers. You'll get something out of it. We usually go to Chipotle afterwards. Back around 9:30-10:00.
