This meeting was filled with young people who were passionate about recovery. The group was very social; i got invited to a post-meeting sober barbeque by multiple people. I also felt very welcomed as a newcomer. After the meeting was over many people came up to me and inroduced themselves and gave me their numbers. I got invited to future meetings and other sober social events. The next day a girl that I met even called me to check on me. This is a great meeting to attend if yo are looking to build a supportive network of sober peers.

This was a great meeting. It was my first meeting in a long time and when i decided to stand up and share, i felt like the feedback i got was supportive. I also felt a general sense of comfort in the meeting and i felt like I had said something that a lot of people at this meeting had been through. Lots of young people at this meeting and a few older ones. Great place, good people. Happiness is generated, not found.
